Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • College general education a plus
  • 2-3 years administrative experience
  • English a must, Spanish a plus
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Excel & Word
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to be flexible and learn in a fast paced environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to lift 25-30 pounds over head
  • Able to work in an industrial type environment
  • Ability to problem solve and work through difficult situations with or without help
  • Ability to assist in development of processes and procedures

Additional Information:

  • This is a full time position
  • Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm (overtime and weekends may be required)
  • $15-20$/Hr DOE
